Zusammenfassung: | The present invention discloses breeding of clonal peltate yam quality variety and selfed breeding method. The collected great amount of peltate yam variety resouce is selectively bred to obtain excellent plants and to culture clone with stable and homogeneous genetic character and with female plants accounting for over 40 %. In the breeding area, the soil contains replaceable calcium more than 1000 mg/kg, replaceable magnesium more than 100 mg/kg and effective boron more than 0.5 mg/kg. The clone peltate yam is single-plant, single-row and double-ridge planted and the male and female are amemophily selfing fruited to obtain seed, and the seed is used for raising seedling and planted. The selfed breeding method has optimized character and is favorable to great area plantation of peltate yam.
本发明公开了一种黄姜无性系优良品种选育及自交制种方法,将收集的大量黄姜种质资源进行选育,选取性状表现优良的单株,并将其培育成遗传性状稳定一致的无性系,无性系内雌株占40%以上,制种区选择土壤代换性钙大于1000mg/kg,代换性镁大于100mg/kg,有效硼大于0.5mg/kg;无性系种姜实行单株、单行、双垄种植,每亩播种1600-5000株,雌雄株通过风媒自交结实,用获得的种子进行育苗,培育出种栽。该制种方法首次发现并利用了黄姜为变性雌雄异株这一特性,所制出的种能保持并优化种性,繁殖系数特高,减少用种量,大大促进了黄姜大面积快速推广,具有极大的经济价值。 |
