Said fan has the first plate which is cut at predefined intervals to form multiple blades and the second plate which is cut at predefined intervals to form multiple blades. They are overlapped in such manner that the blades on the first and the second plates are alternative to form a cylindrical shape. Their side edges are hemmed. 本发明提供一种零件件数少、而且能提高送风机效率的多叶片风扇。所述多叶片风扇(20)具有：按所定间距形成切开竖起的多片叶片(34)的第1板材(30)；按所定间距形成切开竖起的多片叶片(44)的第2板材(40)。将第1及第2板材叠加在一起形成圆筒状，以使第1板材(30)的叶片(34)和第2板材(40)的叶片(44)为交错设置。第1及第2板材(30)、(40)的两侧边在重合状态进行卷边加工。
