Organic fluoro acrylic acid aqueous resin

A water resin used for the emulsoid paint for the decoration of wall surface is prepared from the polymerizable fluoric monomer (5-20 wt. portions), polymerizable organosilicon monomer (0.1-10), different unsaturated carboxylates (20-45), vinyl tert-carbonate (0-20), surfactant (0.5-3), free group trigger (0.1-0.5) and deionized water (45-52) through polymerizing reaction to obtain the water organofluorine-acrylate resin. Its advantages are high adhesion, high resistance to water, acid alkali, ageing, weather and dirt, and no poison. 本发明涉及一种主要作为配制高层和超高层外墙装修用乳胶漆的水性树脂，其重量比组份为：5～20份(wt，下同)可聚合含氟单体；0.1～10份可聚合有机硅单体；20～45份多种不饱和羧酸酯；0～20份叔碳酸乙烯酯；0.5～3份表面活性剂；0.1～0.5份游离基引发剂和42～52份去离子水，经聚合反应制得有机氟丙烯酸水性树脂。该产品具有强的附着力、耐水、耐酸耐碱、耐候、耐老化、耐沾污性等优点，且无毒无臭不含重金属，阻燃，属环保产品。
