The hydrogenation reaction activity and anti-nitrogen performance are both better. 本发明公开了一种烃类加氢处理催化剂及其制备方法。以含有拟薄水氧化铝、含硅化合物和一种第VIB族金属如钼或钨为原料,经充分混合、捏合并挤条成型,经过干燥、高温焙烧等步骤,制成含钼或钨的氧化铝载体。然后以含有第VIIIB族金属如镍或钴化合物的水溶液浸渍该载体,经过干燥和高温焙烧,制得加氢处理催化剂。采用本发明方法制备的催化剂,即使在高钼或高钨含量的情况下,同样可以保证钼或钨有较高的分散度。同时,还会有较高的比表面积和较大的孔容。其加氢反应活性及催化剂抗氮性能均优于用普通方法制得的催化剂。
