Zusammenfassung: | The present invention is thermal conductive thermoplastic material includes at least thermoplastic elastomer , oil and stuffing, and has thermal conductivity over 0.8 W/m-K. The said material is easy to combine with surface of irregular shape, has low heat resistance of 0.1 K-sq in/W at 0.5 MPa. It has 240-hr volatilization rate lower than 0.15 % at 70 deg.c, superior to available thermal conductive paste, and, what is more significant is the excellent reusability of the material.
