Zusammenfassung:The present invention is gas bottle necking down process. Hydraulic press is used for extrusion, and it has necking down mold fixed onto the lower beam and loading mold fixed onto the moving beam. Inside the necking down mold, there is embedded electric heating rod is filled to heat the necking down mold to 450-480 deg.c, the gas bottle blank is then set inside the necking down mold and heat will be transferred from the necking down mold to the aluminum alloy bottle blank. The moving beam of the hydraulic press is moved downwards to press against the base part of the bottle blank and then to extrude the bottle blank to press the mouth into the necking down mold and to complete necking down formation. The gas bottle is finally demolded and taken down. The necking down process is simple, high in output and quality, power saving, and low in production cost. 本发明涉及一种铝合金气瓶缩口制作方法,通过液压机实施挤压,在液压机下梁上固定安置缩口模具,在液压机动梁上固定安置加载模具。缩口模具内装有嵌入式电加热棒,对缩口模具通电加热至450℃~480℃温度范围,将气瓶坯料置入缩口模具内,缩口模具的热量立即传递给铝合金瓶坯。下移液压机动梁使加载模具抵住瓶坯底部,再下移液压机动梁并向瓶坯施加挤压力,使瓶坯口全部压入缩口模具内,就此完成缩口成型。然后上移液压机动梁,进行脱模,并将缩口成型的气瓶从缩口模具中取出。本发明的铝合金气瓶缩口制作方法具有简化加工方法、提高产品质量和加工合格率、节能效果显著、减少设备投资、降低生产成本等项优点。
