In addition, the circulating and purifying water curtain system makes the present invention environment friendly. 本发明涉及包装机械技术领域，特指一种用于给包装钢桶内表面喷涂涂料的PLC自动控制环保型内喷机。其喷枪与一安装在机座上的往复装置连接，机座上、位于喷枪的下方设有一利用喷涂钢桶之桶底进行定位并驱动喷涂钢桶转动的旋转定位装置，同时在机座之喷枪口朝对的一侧设有水帘循环净化系统，内喷机之喷涂区间的喷雾经过该水帘循环净化系统后排出，所述内喷机的喷涂调节由安装于机座上的PLC控制器控制。采用这样的结构后，通过定位盘与相应钢桶的底端相配合即可有效定位钢桶，操作简单方便；而喷枪由PLC控制器自动控制，达到内喷漆均匀、无流挂、无堆积，喷涂内表面光洁度高，同时本发明还配有水帘循环净化系统，从而有效地解决环保问题。
