Zusammenfassung: | The devices includes base station system composed of multiple base stations, direct passing system composed of multiple direct passing stations, devices for intelligent allotting traffic load. The method includes steps: collecting information of traffic load from base stations in control area; analyzing collected traffic load information of base station, arranging possible switching operation; monitoring state of connection of each direct passing station in control area; based on certain algorithm, determining whether direct passing stations are needed to switch, implementing switching if needed. Large numbers of direct passing stations are utilized to realize coverage, raising covering effect, lowering cost, shortening engineering period. The invention features solving traffic congestion and raising use ratio. Both managers and users get the real benefit.
一种实现移动通信话务量智能调配的方法及设备,所述的设备包括:由多个基站组成的基站系统;由多个直放站组成的直放站系统;话务量智能调配设备。所述的方法包括:收集来自于管理区域的基站的话务量信息;对收集到的基站话务量信息进行分析,并为可能要进行的切换作准备;监测管理区域内各直放站的连接状态;按照一定的算法判断直放站是否需要切换,在决定切换时,实现相应的切换;循环执行前面的操作。本发明大量采用直放站实现覆盖,既提高了覆盖的效果,又降低了网络建设、工程、维护的成本,缩短了工程周期,解决了话务拥塞的问题,大大提高了基站支持用户容量的能力和基站的利用率,使得运营商和用户都能得到实惠。 |
