Its advantage is low fat and caloricity. 本发明公开了一种动物骨肉汤饮料,为解决家庭中煲汤保存、携带不方便,脂肪高的问题而发明,它采用下述步骤制作而成的:a、备料:选用鲜活的动物作为原料宰杀、去毛、去鳞初步加工处理,b、清洗消毒,c、配料(重量份):水占60-80,动物骨肉占20-40,佐料占2-4,d、煲制:在反应釜内进行煲汤,温度控制在200℃-600℃之间,时间控制在20分钟-40分钟之间,e、去脂:用脱脂机在离心作用下将脂肪与其他物质充分分离,f、去杂质,g、保鲜与防腐,k、罐装:用罐装机进行充氮罐装或真空罐装;本发明具有饮用方便、便于保存和携带、低脂肪、低热量的优点。可适应于任何人群饮用。
