The operation order is managed by USSD node, make interaction between the orders of USSD node and mobile phones, for the order of which data need to encrypt, then combining STK technology adopt cipher text short message to complete the order interaction between the USSD node and mobile phone SIM card, the make the obtaining cipher text deciphering and storing, after all the data of this operation has obtained ,USSD node form the full cipher text message according to corresponding application protocol, send it to corresponding server to decipher and handle. The current invention fully utilizes USSD technology to release the time-delaying problem of short message, meanwhile implement the data ciphering and safety checking, can be applied in mobile electronic business, mobile electronic government affair and so on USSD service. 本发明公开了一种实现USSD业务中数据安全传输的方法及系统，业务菜单由USSD节点机管理，USSD节点机和手机之间进行部分菜单的交互，而对于数据需要加密的菜单，则结合STK技术采用密文的短信完成USSD节点机和手机SIM卡之间的菜单交互，USSD节点机将获得的加密信息解密并存储，本次操作的数据全部获得后，USSD节点机按对应的应用协议形成完整的密文信息，发送给相应的应用服务器解密并处理。本发明充分利用了USSD技术缓解短信收发的时延性问题，同时实现了数据加解密和安全校验，可以应用于移动电子商务、移动电子政务等USSD业务中。
