Zusammenfassung: | A process for separating high-purity galantamin from the coarse extract of short-tube lycoris by counter-current chromatography includes such steps as preparing two-phase solvent system from 2,3,044 of paraffin, halohydrocarbon, emtrol, lipoketone, lipoester, ether, buffering liquid of inorganic salt and water, waving, laying aside for layering, dissolving the coarse extract of short-tube lycoris, and separating. Its advantages are high separating capacity and recovery rate, and less solvent consumption.
本发明涉及一种用逆流色谱技术从石蒜粗提物中分离制备高纯度加兰他敏的方法,其所用的溶剂体系为烷烃、卤代烃、脂肪醇、脂肪酮、脂肪酯、醚类、无机盐缓冲液、水等溶剂其中的三个、四个或二个组分构成,具体是按体积比将上述溶剂体系配置,摇匀后静置分层,以混合后上下分层的两相溶剂组合为流动相和固定相,利用相对移动的互不混溶的两相溶剂,在处于动态平衡的两相中将具有不同分配比的石蒜粗提取物溶解液组份进行分离,得到固体加兰他敏。该方法避免了固态支持体或载体带来的被吸附、损耗和变性等问题,具有分离量大,样品无损失,回收率高,分离环境温和,节约溶剂等特点。 |
