Zusammenfassung:The carbon rail steel includes C 0.66-0.86 wt%, Si 0.15-0.35 wt% and Mn 0.7-1.00 wt% except Fe, trace elements and impurity. According to its CCT curve, the carbon rail steel has wide cooling speed range of whole fine pearlite structure and easy-to-control heat treatment process. Via the proper heat treatment with controlled temperature, cooling speed and relevant parameters, the carbon rail steel may have hardened layer depth greater than 15 mm, reasonable hardness distribution, high strength and high toughness. 本发明公开了一种热处理用碳素钢轨钢,该热处理用碳素钢轨钢,其主要化学成份按重量百分比计,包括:0.66~0.86%C、0.15~0.35%Si、0.7~1.00%Mn,其余为铁、其它微量元素和杂质。采用上述主要化学成份的热处理用碳素钢轨钢,根据测定的CCT曲线,其得到全细珠光体组织的冷却速度范围宽,热处理工艺容易控制。通过控制合适的热处理温度和冷却速度等有关热处理工艺参数,硬化层深度大于15mm且硬度分布合理,具有强度高、塑韧性好的综合性能。
