The material of the present invention consists of starch 40-70 wt%, low molecular weight plasticizer 5-30 wt%, high molecular weight plasticizer 5-30 wt%, gelificated promoter 0-10 wt% and clay 0-10 wt%. It is prepared through simple smelting and blending. The preparation process is simple, flexible and efficient; and the prepared material may be formed via different modes.
