Tunable blue-purple laser

The invention is a tunable green-blue-purple laser. It is a micro-laser device which adopts the red-near infrared tunable laser excited by ª‰-BaB2O4 nonlinear optical crystal frequency-doubling tunable laser crystal Cr3+:RA3(BO3) 4 (R=Y, La; A=Al, Sc) generate the tunable green-blue-purple layer. The used tunable laser crystal is CrxR-xA3(BO3)4 (R=Y, La; A=Al, Sc) (x=0.005-0.05), and it uses ordinary flash lamp or self-made 593nm wave band all-solid laser pumping source for pumping to generate 650nm-900nm tunable laser, and then doubles frequency by ª‰-BaB2O4 nonlinear optical crystal to generate 375nm-450nm tunable green-blue-purple laser. 一种可调谐蓝-紫色激光器涉及激光器件领域。阐述一种采用β-BaB#-[2]O#-[4]非线性光学晶体倍频可调谐激光晶体Cr#+[3+]：RA#-[3](BO#-[3])#-[4](R＝Y，La；A＝Al，Sc)激射的红光-近红外可调谐激光产生可调谐蓝紫色激光的小型激光器件。器件中使用的可调谐激光晶体Cr#-[x]R#-[-x]A#-[3](BO#-[3])#-[4](R＝Y，La；A＝Al，Sc)(x＝0.005-0.05)，阈值低，效率高，用普通闪光灯或是自制的593nm波段的全固态激光泵浦源泵浦即可以产生650nm-900nm的调谐激光，然后通过β-BaB#-[2]O#-[4]非线性光学晶体倍频晶体便可以产生375nm-450nm的可调谐蓝紫色激光。该器件涉及的光学元件加工精度要求不苛刻。
