Zusammenfassung: | The invention is a tunable green-blue-purple laser. It is a micro-laser device which adopts the red-near infrared tunable laser excited by ª‰-BaB2O4 nonlinear optical crystal frequency-doubling tunable laser crystal Cr3+:LiSr0.8Ca0.2AlF6 to generate the tunable green-blue-purple layer. The used tunable laser crystal is CrxLiSr0.8Ca0.2Al1-xF6 (x=0.05-0.15), and it uses ordinary flash lamp or self-made 593nm wave band all-solid laser pumping source for pumping to generate 700nm-1050nm tunable laser, and then doubles frequency by ª‰-BaB2O4 nonlinear optical crystal to generate 350nm-525nm tunable green-blue-purple laser.
