Its production equipment is an underflow oxygen-free copper horizontal continuous casting composite furnace formed from three portions of melting furnace, flowing channel and heat-insulating furnace. 本发明的一种潜流式无氧铜水平连铸技术,其工艺流程为:加料;熔化;补铜;结晶、引铸。一种潜流式无氧铜水平连铸组合炉,主要由熔化炉、流槽、保温炉三个部分组成,其中熔化炉和保温炉各设有一感应加热的熔沟,其特征在于所述流槽为一种全封闭的潜流式流槽,该流槽位于保温炉和熔化炉之间、铜的液面以下近炉子的底部,并与保温炉的熔沟合为一体。本发明具有铸锭质量好。能耗低;为低能耗地制造致密性好的紫铜铸锭和高纯度的无氧铜坯锭,如T2、TP2等牌号,提供了一种投资少、节能、操作方便的生产工艺的生产设备。
