The present invention provides a frequency-changing light-regulating control system for fluorescent lamp. It includes a voltage regulator with adjustable output for converting an input voltage into abus line voltage, in which a reference potential of said bus line voltage is a predefined ratio of said input voltage, for example, 10% of the input voltage, and a voltage stabilizer for driving saidfluorescent lamp.
