Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to preparation of capsicine self polishing anti-fouling coating material. Its composition includes (mass percentage) hydrolyzable resin 20-35%, dispersing agent 2-8%, silicon dioxide micropowder 15-40%, paint ceramic micropowder (grain size is less than 20 micrometers) 10-30%, natural capsicine (above 50%) 3-10% and organic solvent 15-30%. It adopts the acrylic acid and acrylic ester prepolymer and unsaturated fatty acid and divalent metal alkaline compound to make them produce reaction to synthesize hydrolyzable resin, and adopts the cationic surface active agent modified montmorillonite micropowder as dispering agent and makes the capsicine, silicon dioxide micropowder and ceramic micropowder highly be dispersed.
本发明涉及辣椒碱自抛光防污涂料的制备。它的组成和质量百分比为:可水解树脂20-35,分散剂2-8,二氧化硅微粉15-40,漆用陶瓷微粉(<20μm)10-30,天然辣椒碱(50%以上)3-10,有机溶剂15-30。采用丙烯酸和丙烯酸酯类预聚合物,与不饱和脂肪酸及二价金属碱性化合物反应合成可水解树脂;采用以阳离子表面活性剂改性的脱石微粉为分散剂,高度分散辣椒碱、二氧化硅微粉和陶瓷微粉所制得,通过在微碱性海水中树脂缓慢水解,自留下光滑表面并溶带出驱避剂,从而达到双效防污效果,其防污性大大高于氯化橡胶防污涂料,接近有机锡自抛光防污涂料。 |
