Zusammenfassung:A method for recognizing the fluorescence stained sperma by nerve net includes fluorescence staining the sperma specimen, taking its original image by microscopic camera, pattern classifying by nervenet recognization technique, regulating the original image, quality control check, choosing 5-20 view fields of 3-16 frames to obtain three-color original image and binary chart, dynamic and static counting, and regulating the number of sperma. Its advantage is high correctness (more than 95%). 本发明属于生物医学中数字图象神经网识别技术领域,涉及一种神经网识别荧光染色精子的方法。包括对待测精液样品进行荧光染色;由显微摄像仪摄制荧光染色样品成为原始图像信号;根据神经网识别技术进行模式分类;予先确定荧光原始图象序列信号属于分类模式中的一种模式;对荧光原始图象进行调整;质控检查;从显微摄像的原始图象序列信号中选取5-20个视野,每个视野3-16帧,得到选定类别的三色原始图与二值化图,进行精子动静态统计计数;精子数的调整,得到最后的精子动静态识别结果。本发明能将精子的活率和存活率严格地区分开,使精子密度的检测达到95%以上的准确度。
