Process for preparing water dispersion of crosslinking vinyl resin/polyurethane hybrid resin

During the copolymerizing of ethylene monomer emulsion or into water dispersed emulsion of vinyl resin copolymer, hydrophilic or non-hydrophilic polyurethane pre-polymer is added, so that hydroxy, carboxylic and other group in the vinyl polymer chain segment and the NCO or OH end radical in polyurethane pre-polymer react to graft polyurethane chain segment onto vinyl copolymer structure. The product is then mixed with isocyanate to prepare water dispersion of crosslinked vinyl copolymer resin/polyurethane hybrid resin. The resin may be used as paint and adhesive used in automobile, building, timber and other industries. 本发明涉及交联型乙烯基共聚树脂/聚氨酯混杂树脂水分散液的制备方法，在乙烯基单体乳液共聚过程中或者直接在乙烯基共聚树脂水分散液中引入亲水或不亲水的聚氨酯预聚体，通过乙烯基聚合物链段上的羟基、羧基等基团与聚氨酯预聚物的NCO或OH端基反应，将聚氨酯链段接枝到乙烯基共聚物结构中，再与多异氰酸酯混合，制备交联型乙烯基共聚树脂/聚氨酯混杂树脂水分散液。该树脂可用作涂料、胶粘剂，应用在汽车、建筑、木材加工等领域。
