Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to glass smelting technology and the said cooling mode for glass pool furnace includes setting traditional wind cooling system around the wall of the glass pool furnace,performing forced and controlled wind cooling around the pool wall bricks at the liquid level line height, and setting periodically cooling inlets and outlets around the peripheral of the pool wall for the forced wind to act on the contact surface directly and effectively. The said cooling mode completes forced wind cooling to the triphase interface at the liquid level line can lower the temperature at the said place effectively to reduce erosion, prolong service life of the pool furnace and reduce various glass faults caused by erosion. 延长玻璃池炉使用寿命及减少玻璃缺陷的冷却方式,属于玻璃熔炼领域,包括已有玻璃池炉中设立在池壁外部传统风冷系统,沿液位线高度处玻璃液和池壁砖接触面整个周围,实施强制受控风冷,沿池炉壁外周边周期性的设置有冷却风出、入口,使强制受控风通过该孔口直接有效的作用于所述接触面。这种强制受控冷却方式对液位线的三相界面处实施直接强制风冷,能有效地降低三相界面附近温度,从而可以较大降低此处玻璃液对池壁砖的侵蚀速度,延长池炉寿命,减少由于侵蚀作用导致的各种玻璃缺陷。
