Said product can be used to synthesize high-solubility polyester, nylon, polybenzimidazole, etc, or to prepare sulfonate polymer. 本发明提供了一种含两个磺酸基(盐)结构的萘二甲酸或萘二甲酸酯及其制备方法。以萘二甲酸、萘二甲酸盐或萘二甲酸酯和发烟硫酸为原料，通过磺化反应、盐析或中和以及产品纯化等步骤可得到白色的含两个磺酸基(盐)结构的萘二甲酸或萘二甲酸酯纯品。这种含两个磺酸基(盐)结构的萘二甲酸或萘二甲酸酯可作为合成溶解性好的聚酯、尼龙、聚苯并咪唑等聚合物的原料，也可以与其它二元酸一起用来制备磺化度可控的磺化聚合物，这种磺化聚合物可作为离子交换膜或质子交换膜的材料。因此，这种新型磺化单体有着广泛的应用前景。
