Zusammenfassung: | The manufacture of cutting tool with coated diamond film features its arc discharge with two pairs of arc discharge electrodes and plasma chemical vapor deposition. The electrodes are in contacting circularly cooling structure and the power supply is a double-output one. The cutting tool blank is treated through soaking in nitric acid plus glacial acetic acid, washing with deionized water, drying, and supersonic cleaning with fine diamond powder and acetone, and this is favorable to forming diamond nucleus. The present invention can obtain adhesion strength between the diamond film and thecutting tool base up to 5-6 kg/sq mm.
本发明公开了一种金刚石镀膜刀具的制造方法,其特征是采用两对弧光放电电极的弧光放电等离子化学气相沉积,电极结构为接触式循环冷却,电源双路输出,对刀具原坯预处理用硝酸+冰乙酸液中浸泡,去离子水冼净,干后,用金刚石微粉加丙酮超声波处理,清洗,利于金刚石的成核。本发明工艺稳定,操作方便,金刚石膜与刀具基体的粘结强度达到5-6kg/mm#+[2]。 |
