Zusammenfassung:The present invention is one new coking process resulting in lower sulfur component in coke and corresponding sulfur repellents. Through applying special sulfur repellent into the coking process to repel sulfur from coal, the sulfur component in coke may be lowered greatly. Experiment shows that the sulfur repellents are suitable for various coal types and can produce over 30 % desulfurizing rate. The present invention makes it possible to use coal without passing through deep desulfurizing in coking and this expands the coal source for coking and lowers the coking cost. 本发明介绍了一种降低焦炭硫分的新工艺,并开发出了配套的系列驱硫剂。该新型炼焦工艺可在不改变原焦化流程的情况下,通过向炼焦过程中添加专用驱硫剂,以驱赶出配煤中的硫,从而最大限度地降低焦炭硫分,使用十分便利。实验结果表明,该炼焦工艺和配套的驱硫剂,具有广泛的适应性,可适合于不同地区、不同质量的煤炭炼焦,驱硫效果比较明显,平均脱硫率在30%以上。而且,使用本新工艺炼焦,无需对配煤进行深度脱硫,不仅可扩大焦化厂的煤源,而且可在一定程度上降低企业的焦化成本。
