Zusammenfassung:A nano-class porous sheet of managanese oxide with 11-80 nm for thickness, 4-50 nm for average pore diameter and the phase structure of Mn3O4 or Mn3O4 and Mn5O8 or Mn2O3 is prepared through proportionally and respectively dissolving KMnO4 and quaternary ammonium salt in solutions, mixing to obtain gel, filter, drying to obtain laminated quaternary ammonium of permanganate, and heat treating. 多孔氧化锰纳米薄片材料及其制备方法是一种纳米薄片多孔材料及其制备方法,该材料以高锰酸季铵盐为前驱体,经反应后所得的二元锰的氧化物,其钠米薄片的多孔氧化锰厚度为11~80纳米,平均孔径为4.0~50.0纳米,相结构为Mn#-[3]O#-[4]或Mn#-[3]O#-[4]和Mn#-[5]O#-[8]或Mn#-[2]O#-[3]。季铵盐可以是八~十八烷基三甲基溴化铵,尤其是十六烷基三甲基溴化铵。制备的方法为:将等摩尔量的高锰酸钾KMnO#-[4]和季铵盐分别用溶液溶解,再将两溶液混合,生成紫红色的凝胶;过滤,洗涤,室温干燥,得到层状结构高锰酸季铵盐;将该物质进行热处理,得到纳米级薄片状的多孔氧化锰。本发明的优点是制备方法和手段上简单、可操作性强、易于推广。所得材料为二维多孔纳米薄片材料。结晶程度可调。孔道尺度大小可调。
