Long distance diagnosis system and method for washing machine

The present invention relates to a remote diagnostic system of washing machine and its diagnosis method. Said method includes the following steps: service application device provides the service application of user, if said service application information is received by server, said server can give out a driving command to drive washing machine, after the washing machine is driven, the server canbe used for monitoring working state of the washing machine, and judging that said washing machine is normal or not and making reply to the above-mentioned service application device, the above-mentioned communication equipment can be used for receiving driving command from server to drive correspondent washing machine, and raceive working state of washing process of washing machine and transfer said working state to the above-mentioned server. 本发明涉及一种洗衣机的远距离诊断系统以及其诊断方法：服务申请装置提供使用者的服务申请；如果服务器接收到了服务申请信息，则输出驱动洗衣机的驱动命令，驱动洗衣机后，监控洗衣机的工作状态，判断有无异常回信给上述服务申请装置；上述通信设备接收来自服务器的驱动命令，驱动相当的洗衣机，接收来自洗衣机的洗涤行程时的工作状态后，传送给上述服务器。通过上述结构可以带来下述效果：使用者从外部申请远距离服务时，由于通过厂家服务器与洗衣机的通信监控洗衣机的工作状态，因而可以在任何时候判断洗衣机的有无异常。在特定部分发生异常时，能够及时派遣售后服务人员进行修理，同时在任何地方都能检查洗衣机的工作状态，提高了洗衣机使用上的信赖性。
