Zusammenfassung:	A monocyclopentadienyl difluoro-alkoxy titanium compound is disclosed. Its formula is Cp'TiF2(OR), where CP1 is cyclopentadienyl or substituted cyclopentadienyl, and R is C1-C20 alkyl, or C6-C20 arylor aralkyl. The substituent of the said substituted cyclopentadienyl is C1-C20 alkyl, C6-C20 aryl or aralkyl, C2-C20 alkenyl, or C1-C20 silalkyl. The said compound can be used to prepare the catalystfor polymerizing reaction of olefine, especially for synthesizing syndiotactic polystyrene. Its preparing process is also disclosed.
