Zusammenfassung:	The scooter includes one wheel assembly, one wheel frame assembly, one steering rod, one steering rod frame, one wheel covering board and one pedal. The wheel assembly includes wheel with central rotating ring, monoway transmission bearing and covering board connected to the rotating ring; the wheel frame assembly includes wheel frame, fixing screw bolt and nut; the bearing pivot has wheel shaftbearings on its two ends and the wheel frame has circular holes on two sides for the setting the wheel shaft bearings; the covering board has front and back retaining blocks and is connected to the peal at back; the steering rod frame includes upper part and side parts connected together; and the steering rod can be shaked back and forth within some range to drive the scooter to go forwards.
