Method for producing malononitrile
A process for preparing propanedinitrile includes feeding, 1,1,2-trichloroethane, anhydrous AlCl3, biethylamine hydrochloride, pyridine and phosphorus into oxychloride reactor, adding cyanoacetylamine, and reflux reaction. Its advantage is high yield (93-98%).
