The present invention belongs to the field of fluid dynamics, and its main technique is characterized by that it is amimed at maximally reducing fluid resistance encountered with front end of motion body, and said technique adopts the following measures: applying a force opposite to motion direction of motion body to the fluid capable of produce resistance to front end of motion body to make saidfluid accelerate, and make it move to favorable discharge place (generally move to tail portion of motion body) from internal smaller space of motion body in higher speed, and recovering the energy applied to said fluid when accelerating said fluid, then using the recovered energy to accelerate the fluid capable of producing resistance to front end of motion body, and discharging the above-mentioned fluid whose energy is recovered in favorable time, so that the front resistance of motion body can be eliminated.
