Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily mount a heating element for ignition and improve the holding force of the heating element for the ignition in a holding plate for the heating element having a mounting hole for mounting the heating element for the ignition of a fumigant and a plurality of smoking holes formed therein and fixed to the interior of a container filled with the fumigant. SOLUTION: The holding plate 8 for the heating element is provided with a plurality of supporting pieces 11 separated at a nearly regular interval with a plurality of dividing grooves 10 and bent so as to elastically enlarge the diameter in the peripheral edge part of the mounting hole 9 of the holding plate 8 for the heating element.
