Clay-strip cutting automatic control system for brickmaking

The automatic control system for the cutting of adobe includes one length measuring mechanism comprising signal generator circuit, which consists of signal generator, signal modulator and optoelectronic signal converter, grating, length signal output circuit and optoelectronic circuit; one length measuring control mechanism comprising length signal measuring circuit, length setting circuit, comparing distinguisher and cutting controller; and one cutting executing mechanism comprising two pneumatic converting valves, cutting cylinder, belt conveyer and hold-down positioning cylinder. The comparing distinguisher circuit sends signal to the cutting controller to change over the two pneumatic converting valves and execute the hold-down positioning cylinder, stop the belt conveyer and drive the cutting cylinder synchronously for cutting.
