The non-steroid anti inflammatory drug is preferably Sanmujia'anketuoluo and its mixture, the phasphate solution is preferably solution of sodium dihydrogen phasphate or potassium dihydrogen phasphate with or without crystalline water, and the isotonic reagent is preferably NaCl.
