Zusammenfassung:An efficiency raising element for power emission of infrared light emitting diode (IrED) with polairty in reverse setting has a baseplate, a wall crystal layer and a dipped curve surface in quadrature with light emitting path and its polarity can be set in reverse setting. There is a piece of spin-on glass (SOG) on the surface of the dipped curve surface in quadrature with the light emitting pathso coupling quantum losses (including absorption losses, Fresnal and critical angle limitation) can be avoided and raise the power emission efficiency of IrED through the coated SOG and the dipped curve surface in quadrature with the light emitting path.
