Zusammenfassung:A nano zinc oxide filled polyimide material is prepared through synthe polyamide acid solution from 3,3',4,4'-diphenylether tetracarboxylic acid bianhydride and 4,4'-diphenylether diamine, mixing with nano-class zinc oxide, high-temp heat treating to obtain powdered polyimide composition, and die pressing at 330-400 deg.C and 30-100 MPa. Its advantage is excellent mechanical, refractory and antiwear performance.
