Rotary magnetic motor and magnetic power generator

This invention discloses a rotating magneto and magneto generator with high cost performance. Said apparatus can output mechanical torque or generate electricity without requirement of external energy after being produced. Said rotating magneto converts the magnet energy of the permanent magnet into the mechanical energy, being able to output larger torque. The rotor adopts a permanent magnet ring and the stator adopts a plurality of permanent magnet. The same magnet poles in the coupling magnet field have the same name. The interval distances of the air gaps between the operating magnet poles of the pair of the magnet poles are same and the axis of the magnet poles of each pair of magnet poles is not in the same straight line, all angles of the axes point to the clockwise or counterclockwise directions at same time.
