Sensing circuit of flashing storage with low-power-consumption

The sensing circuits is utilized to test the data in the flash memory unit. The sensing circuit comprises the first current generator producing the first current to the first circuit based on the current in the memory unit, the second current generator producing the second current to the second circuit based on the current in the reference unit, as well as the switch. When the switch is on and the common end of the first and the second circuits are suspended joint, the first and the second circuits generate the same threshold voltage. When the switch is off and the common end of the first andthe second circuits are connected to the ground, the threshold voltages of the first and the second circuit are raised and lowered respectively.
