Zusammenfassung: | The catalyst has aluminosilicate molecular sieve, with Si/Al ratio of 30-300, specific surface area of 100-800 sq m/g and pore volume of 0.1-0.4 ml/g, so mother substance. The molecular sieve is first denaturing modified into H-molecular sieve and then denaturing modified with one or two modifying elements Ce, La and Ga, accounting for 1-10 wt% of the catalyst. Compared with available technology,the present invention has the advantages of lower catalyst preparing cost, relatively low direct amination temperature of isobutene to prepare tert-butyl amine within the favorable thermodynamic area, relatively high isobutene converting rate and relatively high tert-butyl amine selectivity. |
