Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a production method of natural water hyacinth juice beverage, and its formula is (wt%) 15-45% of eichhornia crassipies natural juice, 45-75% of pure clean water and 8-10% of cane sugar. In the above-mentioned formula the micro quantity of pectin, sodium alginate, agar or xanthan gum edible thickening stabilizing agent can be added, and the citric acid or ascorbic acid can be used to regulate its pH to 3.5-4.5, so that the invented eichhornia crassipes natural juice beverage can be obtained. It has rich amino acids and vitamins necessary for growth of animals, so that it has a certain health-care function.
