Heat dispersion modules and their mfg. methods

The heat dispersion module includes the at least one heat pipe and the thermal fin group composed of several heat dispersion fin pieces. Each fin piece is combined to form a row and the channel, which is fromed by the perforation in the body of each fin. Each adjacent fin keeps an interval by the flange on the side of the perforation. The heat pipe pieces into the channel and the thermal diffusivity agglomerant fixes the pipe and the channel. The manufacturing method includes the steps such as: painting the thermal diffusivity agglomerant in the srefaces of the internal wall and putting the pipe into the channel etc. Comparing with prior art, the invention features low thermal impedance between the heat pipe and each fin and good heat emission effect. The invention does not need the outerpipe structure so as to reduce the steps for setting the outer pipe and pipe expanding.
