Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to extraction and refining process of noble metal in the metallurgical industry. Said process includes the following steps: using zinc and aluminium alloy to break mineral material, using pyrogenic process to distil osmium, steaming residue and using sodium peroxide to make alkali fusion, leaching-out and using ethyl alcohol to settle ruthenium from leaching-out liquor. Said ivnention can reduce dose of breaking agent, its osmium distillation process does not consume oxidation reagent, it can obtain good effect for separating osmium and ruthenium, after alkali fusion the ruthenium can be enriched, so that it is favorable for extraction. Said invention is suitable for treating iridosmine, osmium-iridium mine, nitro-muriatic acid insoluble mineral material containing noble metals of ruthenium and irdium and mineral material containing osmium, ruthenium and iridium. |
