Test tube quick-breeding method for konjak

The rapid propagation method of test-ube konjak utilizes the test-tube advertitious bud produced by isolated culture induction of konjak solid bulb, bud scale or petiole tissue, and under the proper condition to make the test-tube adventitious bud which needs no the process of forming seedling, and can directly make its base portion expand to form small solid bulb, i,e, test-tube miniature tar which can be directly used as propagation material. Said method can overcome the defect of that test-tube seedling must be transplanted in place, and its peration, link is small and its product cost is low.
