The production process includes heating fiber material to melt, spinning the fiber material via a regularpolygonal spinning nozzle, cooling to cure the yarn-like fluid to form yarn, winding, and extending and pseudo-twisting to produce regular polygonal fiber. Fabric with the fiber of the present invention has high brightness, high windproof performance and high heat insulating performance.
