Zusammenfassung:	The invention is applied to a wireless meter reading system composed of a central station, a concentrator and terminals. First, the concentrator tests and stores the addresses of each terminal, whichcan communicate with the said concentrator directly as well as the information of these terminals is written to the reliable connection information table. Then, the concentrator tests and stores the addresses of each terminal, which can communicate with the said concentrator through the terminals in the first layer as well as the information of these terminals is written to the reliable connection information table. Third, the concentrator sends the initial command frame to the terminals in the second layer, which can communicate with the said concentrator indirectly.
