After centrifugal casting, take 1-2.5 time weight of the product as allowance for processing. The temperature of centrifugal casting is 1350-1580 deg.C, rotation speed is 1300 rpm-1400 rpm, time is 3-4 min., thermal insulation and cooling for 22-26 hr. taking out from pit, and then natural cooling. Advantages: short production period, reduced production cost, and guaranteed quality of product. |
