Video editing system and its editing method

The present invention provides a video editing system and its method for dynamically editing several video information on an optical disk, said system includes an intercepting device, a form making device and an etching device. The intercepting device provides an operatinon view-window interface, and uses it to record starting position and end position of several sectors to form a data flow, and the form making device uses the data flow to produce a file system accorded with said optical disk form and a video high-density optical disk information area, and the eatching device is used for etching the file system and the information area on disk then reading in the above-mentioned data flow, after the header of every sector on the disk and error detection code are properly corrected, etchnig the above-mentioned data flow on the optical disk in turn.
