Zusammenfassung: | The invented stainless steel includes the basic material of stainless steel and the epsilon-Cu cementation layer on the surface of the basis material. The content of copper in the cementation layer is 1.5-30 wt%. The manufacturing procedure includes following steps. The basis material of stainless steel is put into the cementation agent utilized in analysis and containing CuO, CuCl and NH4Cl (or urea). Heating to 800-1000 deg.C and keeping the temperature for two hours. Aging treatment of solid-liquor carries out at 400-950 deg.C for 1-8 hours. The invention provides the capability of mold resistance for the products made from stainless steel directly. Meanwhile, it prevents the unfavourable effect caused by adding Cu to entire product. |
