Zusammenfassung:	The invention is a kind of room heat preservation paint, mucous ointment is formed through blendingasbestos floss, terylene hollow fiber, penetrating agent, emulsifier, poval, haycite, perlite, silica, white monocol, sodium silicate and warm water in reactor. The paint concretes into solid for 10-24 hours under normal temperature after it is used. It can be pasted on the new constructed wall direclty, it is used as heat preservation layer, and its life is the same to the building. If it is used on old house, the out wall old paint should be scratched off.
