Zusammenfassung:	A water intake unit of fire engine is composed of water intake pipe, fire hydrant and water intake filter. Said water intake pipe is composed of a basic hose and a fine tube wound round the basic hose. Said fine tube has an enclosed end and an open end which is connected with compressed air source of fire engine for improving the rigidity of basic hose. Its advantages are simple structure and thecharacteristics of both hose and hard pipe.
