Zusammenfassung:	One new kind of gene, named Hemagene-1, is separated through comparing liver tissue gene of four month embryo and liver tissue gene of adult. The gene has mRNA length of 2166 bp nucleotides, including 110 bp 5'-nontranslation sequence and 602 bp 3'-nontranslation sequence. Hemagene-1 encodes 484 amino acids and is protein with molecular weight of 55.3 kd. The gene has transforming activity, high richness expression in leukaemia cell and is related intimately with hematopoietic cell differentiation. The gene may be used in diagnosing and treating leukaemia.
